My Journey with ReaPra: From Skeptic to Practitioner

It all began in 2024 when my wife shared a LinkedIn post from ReaPra titled “Is entrepreneurship a career choice for me?” They were hosting an event at Common Ground at Taylor Lakeside on 19 April 2024.

At that time, I was actively searching for an incubator or accelerator program to kickstart my business in the plastic recycling space. So, I decided to give it a try.

I don’t remember every word James shared that day, but I do remember sitting in the last row of the hall with my buddy Chris Chan, listening with both curiosity and skepticism. The idea of a free program that also offered investment upon completion sounded almost too good to be true.

What is IFD?

IFD (Intensive Founder Design) is a unique discernment process that every founder must go through before investment. It’s not your typical startup incubator/ accelerator program ; it’s a deep exploration into who you are, your worldview, and the decision-making patterns that shape your entrepreneurial journey.

My biggest takeaway?

In March 2025, I completed my IFD. My biggest takeaway?
I discovered myself – my identity, my “operating system,” and the underlying reasons behind how I think and act. It felt like I finally found the long-lost user manual to my own mind.

Fast forward to today, I’ve become a ReaPra practitioner, starting my First Learning Practice (FLP). I founded Repura Works Sdn. Bhd., with investment from ReaPra Pte. Ltd.

My “boring” business?
Secure On-Site Paper Shredding – helping organizations protect their data while reducing waste.

What started as skepticism has now turned into one of the most meaningful learning journeys of my life.

If you have the same curiosity like me, and wanna seek deeper understanding of yourself in entrepreneurship, maybe it’s time to take the “Red Pill”, https://forms.gle/5EEDYbQns6ssFpoK7

This is me, taken the “Red Pill”, entering the “wonderland” and discovering how deep the rabbit hole goes.
